SYSTEC PLUNGER CONTROLLERS

The SPC-100 is Systec's entry level controller, similar to the Ferguson Auto Cycle Controller.
Operates on 5-24Vdc. 6V 5-AHr battery with 10W solar panel incuded.
Three latch valve outputs.
Discrete inputs for manual ON, OFF, High Line Pressure, and Plunger Arrival Signal.
Standard size for 8" x 8" enclosure.

The SPC-200 is Systec's most advanced and most flexible plunger controller.
Includes 3 fully configurable analog inputs for pressure sensing (0-10Vdc, 4-20mA).
Includes one 4-20mA analog output for flow control.
On-board 24Vdc power supply for analog transducers.
Two independent ModBus RTU slave interfaces.
Operator selectable open triggers: Time, Casing PSI, Tubing PSI, Load Factor, T-L PSI, C-T PSI, C-L PSI.
Operator selectable close triggers: Time, Flow Rate, Casing PSI, Tubing PSI, T-L PSI, C-T PSI, C-L PSI, Casing Upturn.
Each trigger set point can be auto adjusted if desired.
Each trigger includes an optional backup timer.

The SPC-110 is the same as the SPC-100 but includes an RS-485 port for ModBus RTU communications.

The SPC-150 is a hybrid unit that includes the lower cost hardware of the SPC-100 but runs the more advanced program of the SPC-200.
All analog input values must be provided over the ModBus RTU interface.

Each controller front panel is offered as just a faceplate for retrofits into existing enclosures.
Faceplates include the sheet metal front panel, hinges, thumbscrew, keypad, and controller PCB.
